Jesse DeBenedictis is the proud founder and owner of WORKS by JD. Spending most of his life on the North Shore and Cape Ann, Jesse grew up in Manchester-by-the-Sea and is raising his family in Gloucester.
 
Jesse’s attention to detail and drive to always improve have earned WORKS by JD its impeccable reputation. He is dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients and vendors, some of whom he has been working with since the company’s inception in 2001. Jesse continually drives the WORKS by JD Team to build beyond better, providing the highest-level customer service, using the best materials and the latest construction techniques. “I learned at an early age that it takes hard work and perseverance to be successful. That is why we pride ourselves on exceeding our clients’ expectations.”

Running the business takes up most of his time, but giving back to the community that he loves is a core value for Jesse. In his free time, he enjoys volunteering and serves on several of the region’s boards and organizations.
 
Jesse is a proud NARI Certified Professional, holding the following certificates: CRPM, CR, CKBR, and CLC from NARI (demonstrating he is an elite remodeler, held to the highest industry standards). He also received recognition from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations in 2021.
