Meet Jesse DeBenedictis

Raised in Manchester-by-the-Sea and now raising his family in Gloucester, Jesse DeBenedictis has always been deeply connected to the North Shore community. In 2001, he turned his vision into reality by founding Works By JD, determined to set a new standard for remodeling excellence. 

Jesse is known for his relentless attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to foster long-lasting client relationships. A certified professional through NARI (CRPM, CR, CKBR, CLC), Jesse has also been recognized for his leadership by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Office of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulations. His values of integrity, accountability, and continual improvement form the core of the company’s culture.
